Consistency. One of the biggest foopahs [faux pas] I've often noticed over the years is a lack of consistency when some businesses and organizations create marketing materials. It doesn't mean every single piece needs to mirror the last but it does mean that creating materials that are consistently recognizable to your customers, members and partners should be a top priority.

 

When designing marketing materials for my clients, I try to keep a consistent flow from piece to piece so clients can easily recognize the 'whom' it is from as a valued business, associate and/or organization.
